Horse Racing Tips – 4th October 2015

Horse Racing Tips – 2nd October 2015

Oh boy what a weekend we have in stall. Not only do we have the AFL and NRL grand finals, but to top it off we have three days stacked with solid group races. Giddy-up!

September was an insane month for us profiting just shy of 200 units. Yep that’s right, +200 units in one month. Now our horse racing genie is on the march for October. Let’s take aim and keep the dream alive starting with Friday night racing at Moonee Valley….

Maximising your Profits

Outside of getting odds early, the best way to maximise your wins is to have online bookies that gives you the best markets. While we use many bookies, the best of the lot is Bet365.

Get a Bet365 account here and make sure you make the most out of your winners with the following benefits.

– best early fixed odds.

– ‘Best of’ all three TABs for single bets (Win/Place) and Exotics (Trifecta’s/Quaddies)

– ‘Middle tote+’ giving you the best middle tote plus 5%

– ‘Best fluctuation’ markets giving you the best official on-course price

Bet365 also offers the 3 place dividends on early bets when the number of horses is 8 or more. Last week this was essential, as those who placed the multi close to race time missed out because Shiraz ran 3rd.

Recommended Staking

We recommend placing 1 unit each way on those with suitable place odds ($2.00 or more). Otherwise it is 2 units on the nose or 1 unit for multi’s.

Remember 1 unit = 1% of your bankroll. So for those of you with a $1000 bankroll your unit will be $10

Friday 2nd October 2015

Moonee Valley (VIC)

Race 3 – Strathayr Track Stocks Stakes (1600m)

Analysis: Has been working very well towards this. Steps up to 1600m which looks ideal here and gets a little weight off her back. Will sit handy from barrier 1 and has a very strong finish. They may not catch her. Odds are about right at the moment so you might get slightly higher on the tote – maybe.

Tip: Amanpour >> Place your bet right here)

Race 4 – Jeep 55 Second Challenge Heat 2 (955m)

Analysis: Been in super form in Sydney and is happy to sit forward from barrier 1. I like that at MV so they will have to catch him.

Tip: Quartzite >> Place your bet right here)

Race 6 – The Cup Club JRA Cup (2040 METRES)

Analysis: Backed against him last start and was just correct. He is ready to win now and I think he will. Barrier 3 is nice and he should get a soft trail. Nothing to suggest he doesn’t run over the top of them.

Tip: The United states – (2 units @ $3.60 >> Get the early fixed odds right here)

Race 7 – City Jeep Moir Stakes (1000 METRES)

Analysis: An incredibly tough race this one. The favourite is in smoking form and is carrying just 51kgs. Will go to the front and at MV be very hard to catch. Having said that there are some extremely tough horses right behind him. The QLDer Buffering can’t be dismissed. He has won 7 of 10 fresh, loves the track and loves the distance. He will be thereabouts and has every chance to steam over the top. I can’t leave out Flamberge and Ball of Muscle. Barrier 12 doesn’t help Flamberge, but a 1.5L second behind Chautauqua puts him in this race. Ball of Muscle is so consistent and gets the perfect draw here. He will lead or sit handy and might just slip away at some odds.

Tip: Petits Filous – (2 unit WIN – Tote) >> Crownbet Promotion run 2nd or 3rd = Bonus Bet up to $100

Danger: Buffering (2 units @ $7.50 >> Get the early fixed odds right here)

Danger: Flamberge (1 unit @ $10.00 >> Get the early fixed odds right here)

Danger: Ball of Muscle (1 unit @ $10.00 >> Get the early fixed odds right here)
