HORSE RACING TIPS – 25th April 2015
We are in some kind of hot streak of late. They never last forever but we will attempt to drag it out as much as possible. A few great value runners today that are definitely worth the risk. Only tips for the eastern states today, but if anything comes up for SA or WA we will post it up.

PREFERRED STAKING
Outside of getting odds early, the best way to maximise your wins is to have an online bookie that gives you the ‘BEST OF’ markets. We prefer Bet365 because it gives you the BEST of the totes OR the fixed price, and always seem to have the best FIXED odds. http://bit.ly/365UT200. BANG!

We recommend placing 1 unit each way on those with suitable place odds ($1.80 or more). Otherwise it is 2 units on the nose or 1 unit for multi’s.

OUR HORSES
For those that are interested in a little group excitement, we have two of our own horses running today.
GOSFORD Race 2 – High Altitude
Dropping back to the mile will suit perfectly and so will the heavy track. She still needs more time to mature being a High Chaparall, but at some odds could give this a shake.
BATHURST Race 2 – Keofilo
First start which has been forced due to trial cancellations. She has plenty of ability and is much better than these, although first starts of heavy and over too short distance adds a few questions. She will improve nonetheless so the result doesn’t matter, but if she runs to her ability she wins.

GOLD COAST
RACE 1 – Gid up Strop
Really like the look of his last start after copping some drama. This is harder but the extra distance will suit perfectly.
RACE 2 – Sheiswhatsheis
Last start was tough as nails. Will be even fitter for this and the extra distance suits even more. Will go forward and be very hard to take over!
RACE 5 – Neo
Tough race this one but I love the look of Neo. If he settles nicely he will right in the finish. A better draw here suit ideally.
RACE 6 – Regatta Rebel
With Wicked Intent out I can’t find a reason why she won’t win this. That will do me.
RACE 7 – Ball of Muscle
Tough as nails and will be fitter for last start. Has travelled a bit but from barrier 3 will be at the front and while there are other good ones here I can’t see them getting him.
RACE 8 – Rudy
More a personal selection here so tread carefully. Did nothing wrong last start and is back on home track. Plenty of rick from the barrier and with the weight but I think he has it in him.
RACE 9 – Better not Blue
Got a little inside mail for this one and its form is very solid. Might be a nice way to end the day.

FLEMINGTON
RACE 5 – We’ve Got This
Done everything wrong in his three starts and has still been there. Should be winning this with the right run.
RACE 6 – Zatopaz
Stable is on fire and any horse sent south has to be taken seriously. Is bred to stay for a long long way, so will be right in it.
RACE 8 – Silverball
Brilliant lately and from barrier 1 there is no reason it won’t win again.

RANDWICK
RACE 4 – Man of Distinction
Saw this horse win a trial easily before two good starts. Will give this a real shake
RACE 5 – Handsome Tycoon
Religify is the one to beat but the Tycoon will be fitter and will enjoy the heavy track.
RACE 6 – Loud Debate
Going for some value here so it could bite me in the bum.
RACE 7 – Sense of Occasion
Has the ability to win this and looks to have come back in super form. Heavy track is the only query here.
