Horse Racing Tips – 14th October 2015
After a super Saturday again, we get some Wednesday racing with a little form around it. Let’s warm up for Caulfield Cup day.
Our horse racing messiah yet again hit a multi on the weekend and well we know what happened to the life changing multi. Let’s get it. For you Multi-Lovers, a post is coming soon with a sneaky few for Wednesday..
Maximising your Profits
Outside of getting odds early, the best way to maximise your wins is to have online bookies that gives you the best markets. While we use many bookies (and may bring them for best odds), the best of the lot as a single bookie is Bet365.
Get a Bet365 account here and make sure you make the most out of your winners with the following benefits.
– Early fixed odds.
– ‘Best of’ all three TABs for single bets (Win/Place) and Exotics (Trifecta’s/Quaddies)
– ‘Middle tote+’ giving you the best middle tote plus 5%
– ‘Best fluctuation’ markets giving you the best official on-course price
Bet365 also offers the 3 place dividends on early bets when the number of horses is 8 or more. Last week this was essential, as those who placed the multi close to race time missed out because Shiraz ran 3rd.

We would recommend three other bookies to help maximise your horse racing profits. They give a great selection of fixed odds and provide some fantastic promotions on select race days. Definitely worth having if you can manage it.

Crownbet >>>> SIGN UP HERE IN 2 MINUTES
William Hill >>>> SIGN UP HERE IN 2 MINUTES
We recommend placing 1 unit each way on those with suitable place odds ($2.00 or more). Otherwise it is 2 units on the nose or 1 unit for multi’s.
Remember 1 unit = 1% of your bankroll. So for those of you with a $1000 bankroll your unit will be $10
Wednesday 14th October 2015
Race 3 – Montague Tree Plate (2000m)
Analysis: Racing is fine form lately and this doesn’t look any harder. Should be rock hard fit and ready to make it a double.
Tip: Firehouse Rock (2 units WIN) >> Ladbrokes Place your bet here
Race 4 – Antler Luggage Handicap (2400m)
Analysis: We got some mail on this horse a few weeks back and he was scratched. Then a week lately belted a field in SA. Drops weight here and will be fitter. A real chance.
Tip: Granddukeoftuscany (2 units WIN @ $3.00) >> Bet365 Place your bet here
Race 5 – Spicer Thoroughbreds Handicap (1600m)
Analysis: Is never far away and has a drawn ideally for a cushy run. Will be right in the finish here and might sneak $5-$6 on the tote in a pretty even affair.
Tip: Real Time (2 unit WIN tote) >> Bet365 Place your bet here
Race 7 – Nine West Ladies Day Vase (1600m)
Analysis: Is absolutely flying at the moment and we have been all over her like a rash at big odds. No reason to jump off now. Miss Rose Delago the real danger, so if you want a saver then look at her.
Tip: KayJay’s Joy (1 unit each way @ $5.50 and $2.10) >> Crownbet Place your bet here
Race 8 – Italktravel Stakes (1200m)
Analysis: Got a tip of this horse. Loves it first up and drawn for a perfect trip. Could sneak us a great pay day in the last.
Tip: Mr Utopia (1 unit each way @ $12.00 and $3.50) >> Bet365 Place your bet here
Warwick Farm (NSW)
Race 6 – 1st Excelebration Yearlings (1600m)
Analysis: Got us a lovely pay day last start by the hair on his nose. Having said that will be very fit for this step up to a mile and last start finished like a train. Barrier 11 the only concern but he won from 10 last start so let’s take it on. USe Crownbet, they look to have missed the memo!
Tip: Artistry (2 units each-way@ $7.00 and $2.50) >> Crownbet Place your bet here
Gold Coast (QLD)
Race 6 – Luke Dittman Cg&e Class 3 Plate (1200m)
Analysis: Started this prep in magic form but a little off lately. Back to this class will be good and he should be very close at the finish. Take the tote and risk better odds than the short fixed at present.
Tip: Suit (2 units WIN) >> Bet365 Place your bet right here
Race 7 – The Fat Lady Has Sung Bm80 (1800m)
Analysis: Red Cent is drawn ideally here and gets in nice at the weights. Will sit pretty and should be too strong. Avalanches can’t be left out on this track and over this distance. Bet365 have him way overs so I must have a sneaky stake.
Tip: Red Cent (2 unis WIN) >> Bet365 Place your bet right here
Value: Avalanches (1 unit each-way @ $17.00 and $3.50) >> Bet365 Place your bet right here **Be quick this is way overs**
Race 8 – Goodbye Grant Sheather F&m Class 3 (1200m)
Analysis: Tough as nails horse resuming in weaker class here. Is a city runner for sure so should put in a great sight here and the Bernadini’s are always a good investment. Barrier 3 she will lead and be tough to chance down.
Tip: Sheiswhatsheis (2 units WIN @ $5.00) >> Bet365 Place your bet here
